I had huge and en suite room with exceptionally comfortable bed. The service was amazing, including a quick check-in.

The room was a pleasant surprise with a comfy bed, stunning countryside view, and an electric kettle. The bathroom had an amazing shower and instant hot water. Parking was convenient and a large supermarket nearby. The small hotel had friendly staff and a safe, quiet location. The on-site restaurant had fair prices and tasty options for kids. Although a bit hot, a fan was provided. The hotel, despite needing a facelift, offered great value for money. Perfect for a short stay.

Access good, dog friendly. Clean. Food good.
Bowling alley wasn't available (on a Friday night! ) although this was one one of the main selling points of the hotel. My family were very disappointed.Facilities are a little tired - old, small TVs with few channels. Pay extra for internet.

Convenient location near a large shopping area and close to France and Germany 🌍.

The staff managed to switch both duvet and pillow from feather to non-allergic items. Both my children are allergic to feather. There was no facility for making tea or coffee in the room. This is appalling for a 3 star hotel.
I was shocked that the local taxes were not included in the rates advertised on the internet. All extras and costs should be clearly shown and highlighted whilst booking. It is too late when the receptionist ask for more money.Further I had orginally booked at €59 per night, something went wrong and then the price jumped to €67 per night. I ended paying €75 per night.

Great location, beautiful scenery.
I asked a staff member if I could call my family in spain and he said it was ok to call. But never told me about the rates for calls. I ended up paying 45 euros in phone calls. An expense I did not expect and there was no disclosure printed near the phone about the usage of it and the rates. The staff should advise the customers about the rates and the there should be a printed disclosure about the rates as well.

The hotel was located in a quiet village, away from the hustle and bustle of the highway. the restaurant was especially noteworthy, with delicious food and good beer. the staff was friendly and positive, making check-in a breeze.
The shower in our room was quite small, making it difficult to wash comfortably.
